Medical Transformers
ET3MED transformers are specifically designed to supply medical equipment in hospital group 2 rooms, where even minimal current flowing through a patient’s body may pose a serious risk to life or health. The transformer design complies with PN/EN 61558-2-15:2011, ensuring the highest level
of electrical safety. The units feature double insulation and an electrostatic shield placed between the primary and secondary windings, ensuring effective circuit separation and minimizing disturbances. Built-in PTC-120 sensors enable continuous temperature monitoring, increasing system reliability. As standard, transformers are manufactured with protection degree IP00
and can be vertically mounted using fixing brackets. Versions in enclosures with protection degrees IP23, IP44 and IP54 are also available.
