Power transformers

Function
Low-voltage power transformers are designed for reliable power supply of electrical equipment operating across various industrial sectors. As standard, they are adapted for mounting using fixing brackets, enabling easy integration with the installation. The number of taps on the primary and secondary sides is selected individually according to customer requirements, allowing precise adjustment of transformer parameters to operating conditions.
Current terminals can be arranged on one or both sides of the transformer, providing flexibility in system design. Upon request, transformers can be installed in enclosures with protection degrees IP23, IP44 or IP54, with the possibility of cable entry through cable glands, which increases resistance to environmental conditions and facilitates installation.

Benefits
  • Enhanced energy security through stable operation and effective insulation
  • Protection of equipment against overvoltages, disturbances and failures
  • Optimization of energy costs through high efficiency and reliability
  • Flexible configuration – selectable taps, terminal arrangement and enclosure variant
  • Easy installation and integration with existing systems
  • Robust design ensuring long service life in demanding applications
Applications
  • Railway industry
  • Oil & gas industry
  • Heavy industry
  • Renewable energy sources
  • Mining industry
  • Power electronics and drive systems

*) - for transformer design with climatic/environmental class C2/E1 (maritime design W/3 or tropical design T/3) the letter "M" or "G" ought to be added depending on final application
**) - this table was prepared basing on the technical specification for transformer with voltage ratio 400//400 at 50 Hz and operating under normal conditions. For other conditions and data the values may change

Note:

Manufacturer reserves the right to make changes resulting from the continuous development of products offered.

If requested in advance, it is possible to manufacture transformer in other version.
