Function
Safety transformers are designed to supply equipment with a voltage considered safe for the user and the installation. These are isolation transformers in which the secondary winding operates at a safety extra-low voltage level. Structurally, they correspond to isolation transformers, ensuring effective separation of loads from the mains and increasing the level of electric shock protection.

Thanks to their design, they protect equipment against disturbances, overvoltages and short-circuit currents, while also stabilizing the supply voltage, which improves the reliability of the entire system.
