Water-cooled Transformers
In indirectly water-cooled transformers, in addition to natural air cooling, an additional forced water-cooling system is applied. Inside the windings, an insulated cooler made of a copper tube with an appropriately selected cross-section is installed to ensure optimal coolant flow.
This solution significantly increases heat dissipation efficiency, enables reduction of transformer dimensions, and allows effective removal of thermal energy outside the enclosure in which the transformer operates.
- Very high cooling efficiency
- Compact design thanks to improved heat dissipation
- Thermal stability and enhanced temperature control
- Reduced energy losses due to optimized cooling conditions
- Mining industry
- Heavy industry
- Power electronics and drive systems
