Become a Professional - from Apprentice to Engineer
Global competition, AI and accelerating change require a different approach to educating young people. At Elhand Transformatory, we believe that cooperation between a company and a high school or university is a necessity to build an advantage for both the company and the younger generation in the market. This is an effective way, to attract talents and acquire education in line with market needs.
"Become a Professional" - from Apprentice to Engineer is the slogan with which we launched this year to young people and their parents, but also a ready-made, tailor-made program for development and cooperation with local high schools and universities.
"Become a Professional" is:
- Well-thought-out internship and apprenticeship program, because a good plan is half the battle.
- A paid program, because such a solution allows you to combine learning with practical work, giving you the opportunity to gain work experience in real life.
- Active participation in school and university events like: Job Fairs, Open Days, meetings with employer. Getting involved in a job fair at a local school, University is a great way to build relationships with both the institution and future engineers.
- Sharing knowledge and information - providing information about employer and market needs, sharing knowledge and industry data is key to good education and an attractive job market.
