Power Electronics and Drive Systems
ELHAND Transformatory prides in many years of experience in the production of transformers, reactors, passive filters for drives, power supply systems or frequency converters, as well as in designing magnetic components for power electronic systems. Constantly changing, technologically advanced and fully automated power electronic systems require appropriate production facilities, which we are able to provide. Magnetic components, working in power electronic circuits, are exposed to additional losses such as stray losses or winding losses resulting from higher frequencies. This is due to working conditions of, inter alia, frequency drive systems, which are not quasi-static. The technologies applied in our plant, including the core production approach patented as ELHAND CutCoreTM, allows us to adapt even to the most restrictive customer requirements.
