Three-phase transformer for railway engineering ET3KOL**

Three-phase power transformers for railway engineering are intended for supplying of self-acting locking devices of railway lines. They are installed at both ends of the mains cable supplying the control system of rail traffic. This solution ensures a reserve supply of locking system in case of failure of one of these transformers. Thanks to their construction, they ensure greater safety level of rail traffic than any other device used to apply in rail lines. Self-locking systems are used by PKP in the railway lines with heavy traffic. Thanks to the special construction and vacuum impregnation transformers are capable to work in every climate zone. Surge absorbers in combination with reinforced insulation guaranty that transformers withstand the atmospheric and switching overvoltages. These effect was proved by a negligible presence of damages of electronics components used in contactless track circuits type SOT.
Thanks to those transformers we achieve the increasing traffic capacity on the route that uses this type of signaling equipment
